When lead makeup artist Ashley Kilcher of Roe Wolfe was planning the runway looks for Voltage: Fashion Amplified, she decided that there was a need for a sheer, face-brightening shimmer for both the runway and for every day wear. So we at The Elixery mixed up a product to match Ashley's vision, a glittery dusting powder that can be used as a gorgeous, sparkling highlighter.

"Lilu will be used on many designers looks on the Voltage runway," Ashley said of this new product. "It is great for adding that spring glow."

We love it because you can dust it on and give yourself some sparkle without looking like you rolled in glitter. Brilliant!
