RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping will only be reimbursed for defective goods.


HOW TO RETURN

Email customerservice@elixery.com. Include your name, order number, and which items you'd like to return or exchange. Our customer service representative will get in touch with you shortly.

While we don't require a reason for returns, we would love it if you'd share with us what you think. Your feedback helps us improve our products!

SHIPPING

At this time, The Elixery can only ship domestically to the lower 48 states.  We are currently working on International shipping that will be cost effective to our customers.
