RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase, we will refund or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
HOW TO RETURN
Please fill out our return merchandise form. Our customer service representative will get in touch with you shortly.
We do provide returns within 30 days of purchase, but a reason for the return must be provided.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International (outside the US) customers must pay all applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges determined by your local government. Elixery.com does not charge these fees and we are unable to provide you with the amount. Your order total indicates only the amount that was collected by elixery.com. By completing your order you agree to pay all applicable fees. If you refuse or return your order, no shipping charges or fees paid to your local government will be refunded. Please check with your local customs office to determine any additional charges.
